29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) On or about April 26, 2018 - Production area, a loader operator was exposed to continuous noise levels at 106% of the allowable 8-hour time-weighted average level (TWA) or an equivalent level of approximately 90.4 dBA. The sampling was conducted for 457 minutes during one shift on May 02, 2018. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time of 23 minutes.
