29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On or about February 27, 2018, an employee tripped on the edge of a pallet causing employee to fall and strike the workroom floor which led to a hospitalization. The employer did not report the hospitalization of the injured employee until April 24, 2018.
