29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto, in the production area of Yarnell's ice cream manufacturing facility, machine specific lock-out/tag-out procedures were not utilized by employees who were required to perform servicing tasks on ice cream manufacturing equipment. This condition exposed employees to caught in moving machinery hazards. The Yarnell's Ice Cream Company, Inc. dba Yarnell's Operations Schultze & Burch Biscuit Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1049580, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 205 S. Spring Street, Searcy, AR 72143.
