29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    (a)  On or about April 18, 2018, and at times prior, the controlling contractor, Pannunzio, Inc., dba Premier Homes, Inc., did not ensure Buffalo Roofing, Inc., Twins Framing, LLC and other subcontractors, protected their employees from construction hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards, in that their accident prevention program did not include frequent site inspections conducted by a competent person to prevent persistent and reoccurring hazards.
