The lines were not rigged and supported in such a way at the lowest point was no less than 34" from the walking/working surface and the highest point no more than 39" from the walking/working surface.      3. The warning lines did not have a minimum tensile strength of 500lbs.       4. The warning lines were not attached in such a way that pulling on one section of line will not result in slack being taking up in adjacent sections of warning line.
