On or about April 26, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in framing work activities near the edge without fall protection were in use of fall protection. This exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than six(6) feet to the ground below.

This exposed the employees to a fall greater than six(6) feet to the ground below.
