29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  On or about April 25, 2018, at 1865 Flamingo Road, Sunrise, Florida 33323, employees removing terracotta tiles on a low slope roof did not have fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 16-feet on a roof that measured approximately 93 feet by 62 feet, in that there was no warning line in conjunction the monitoring system.  REPEAT: Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1169898, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 4510 El Mar Drive, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33928 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/09/2017.    REPEAT: Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061344, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 1371 South University Drive, in Plantation, Florida 33324, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/06/2016.  REPEAT: Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 996176, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 10100 Royal Palm Blvd, Coral Springs, Florida 33065, in Plantation, Florida 33324, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/15/2015.
