29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area: a) CW Construction at 21 1/2 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81504: On and before April 27, 2018, the employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area. The employer did not update all material safety data sheets to safety data sheets for chemicals such as, but not limited to, Quikrete. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard.
