29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Advanced Coatings LLC at 755 E. 19th Ave, Denver, CO: On and around April 30, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were provided and wore protective helmets, when employees supported the bases of ladders and could potentially be struck by falling objected, including but not limited to falling paint cans and painting equipment. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
