29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 1, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards while framing the edges of a tower with unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level. Armando Rosales dba Hot Shot Builders was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspections number 1153645, citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 10, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 5820 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas
