29 CFR 1910.36(g)(1): The ceiling of an exit route was not at least seven feet six inches (2.3 m) high and/or any projection from the ceiling reached a point less than six feet eight inches (2.0 m) from the floor.    a) On or about 05/01/18 on the large coiler grinder work platform; employees were exposed to a struck by hazard when the support arms of the frame supporting the transformer projected into the exit route, at or about a height of 60 inches from the surface of the platform, partially blocking the exit from this work area. 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation;     a) On or about 05/01/18 in the Coiler area; employees performed service and maintenance activities on the coilers, such as but not limited to, cleaning the slitter blades, anvils, rollers, changing the slitter blades, positioning the anvils, general cleaning of the points of operation inside the coilers and were exposed to caught in and on hazards when the employer trained them to Affected level under their LOTO program and allowed them to use the emergency stop button and interlocked doors for protection against these hazards.        ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
