29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Jobsite, west end of building: On May 2, 2018 and at times prior thereto an employee was not protected by a hard hat. The employee was exposed to construction activities overhead while inside the building and when entering and exiting the building. Sub-contractors were working above the west end exit door on the second floor. Note) Corrected during inspection.
