29 CFR 1910.28(b)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure each employee on a runway or similar walkway was protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system. J & G Foods, 71 Blackstone St., Sutton, Massachusetts; On or before May 2, 2018, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 18 feet from the catwalk to the floor below in the kill floor section while trying to remove birds from the facility.
