PVC pipe in storage in the yard were stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height and secured against sliding and collapsed. Employees, loading material for customers were exposed to struck by hazard from the stored material of 6 units weighing 781lbs each.

The Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1154956, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/10/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 140 Commerce Drive, Freedom PA.
