29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    A.  Stock Room # 1 : An emergency exit route was blocked by two large trash cans and a metal storage locker hindering exit access in the event of an emergency, on or about May 8, 2018.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.   A. Stock Room # 1-  The path leading to the emergency exit was impeded with the placement of trash cans and a storage locker, reducing exit access to 20 inches.   B. Stock Room # 2-  Excess storage of items minimized the pathway leading to the emergency exit to 12 -16 inches on or about May 8, 2018.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
