29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: Worksite located at 4613 NW Birkdale, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were required to carry 4'x8' sheets of plywood up on the roof which could cause an employee to lose his balance and fall to the ground. The DM Enterprise company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(22), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1237593, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 12-7-17, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Apaloosa Drive, Raymore, Missouri 64083.
