On or about May 2, 2018, employees utilizing a JLG Skytrak while performing window installation operations from a "field modified" job box were exposed to a fall hazard when the employer failed to ensure the employees were adequately trained.      Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
