29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. On or about May 3, 2018, on the passageway leading to the buck hoist, on floors 15, 16, 24, 25, 27, and 28 there were sheets of drywall and other materials, creating a potential tripping hazard.
