29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition: a) Jobsite: River Loading Dock 3, Bayer Crop Science, Institute, WV- on or about May 2, 2018, the employer did not request the training records from the union, beyond the rigger cards possessed by the certified riggers, to verify that the employer's union employees had sufficient training to participate in a demolition operation over water regarding irregularly shaped loads.
