29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood whcih completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. Site: 110 Greenpoint Avenue, Brooklyn, NY; Apt #2R On or about 5/4/2018; a) A Ryobi table saw used by employees on site did not have a guard protecting the saw blade. Employees used this table saw to rip the wood pieces when installing wooden flooring.

Location: 110 Greenpoint Ave, Brooklyn, NY; Apt # 2R On or about 5/4/2018 a) Employees used receptacles to power their tools at a construction site. These receptacles were not installed in the enclosures and employees were exposed to electrical live parts.
