29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  Paralegal Office Space:  Two 110v Wonpro relocatable power taps were connected together in a "Daisy Chain" fashion underneath an employee's workstation to provide power to electrical equipment.   CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION   Notice 1 Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b):  The employer did not ensure the proper use of a power strip that was plugged into an extension cord (daisy chain) to power electrical equipment.   The employer was previously cited a violation of this occupational safety and health standard in OSHA Inspection #1278091, with respect to a workplace in Indianapolis, IN, which became a final order on January 18, 2018.
