29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  Breakroom Area:  On or about 05/03/2018, two re-locatable power taps, designed and listed for being used with high concentrations of low powered loads was instead used with high powered loads such as, microwaves, toaster and toaster ovens.      CORRECTED DURING THE INSPECTION   Notice Citation #001, Item 001, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b):  Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where equipment such as, but not limited to coffee pots, toaster ovens, floor heaters and melt furnaces was plugged into re-locatable power taps.  The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on 07/17/2017, Inspection #1238181, with respect to a workplace in Sumter, SC which became a final order on August 11, 2017.
