29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: (a) J Navarrete LLC at 10566 Boston St. Henderson, CO 80640: On or before 5/4/18 the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that the employee on the roof installing pump jack scaffolding was not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of 18 feet on the second story roof.
