29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about May 4, 2018, at a worksite located at 3440 Glenwood Blvd, Twinsburg, OH 44087, during residential roofing activities employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10-20 feet. The employer failed to ensure fall protection systems/devices were used by all employees working on the roof.    Dan Sciury was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 912730, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 10685 Main Street, Mantua, OH 44255.
