29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 9531 Money Rd, Brewerton NY 13029, On or about 5/7/18: Employees were performing roofing work on a 8/12 pitch roof that contained a fall distance of 12 feet from the roofs edge to the ground below without using Fall Protection Systems. The Ecua General Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1277173 citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/23/18 with respect to a workplace located at 5968 Ladd Rd, Brewerton, NY.
