OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees (a) Location: Jobsite On or about May 1 2018 an employee was exposed to fall hazards of up to 9 feet from the top rails of an Up-right self-propelled scissors lift while climbing as well as standing on the guardrails and exiting the lift to access the upper level of the kitchen equipment they were working and walking on.
