29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Over-current devices were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel.    a) Welding Shop Area- On or before April 11, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to shock hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that electrical panels and shut down switches were not blocked as required.  Boxes were placed approximately 12" in front of electrical panel and electrical shut off.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gasses in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965:   a) Cylinder Storage Area- On or before April 11, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that an Acetylene storage cylinders was chained and stored in an upright position as required.
