An employee fell through a hole approximately 16 feet from the first floor to the basement. On or about 05/07/2018. The Endeavor Construction Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(i) (3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1246727, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on is 6/1/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 316 East 81st Street, New York, NY 10028.
