29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling : JOB SITE: 315 Peruque Ridge Court, Wentzville, MO 63385, on or about 5/7/2018, workers were observed on the ground level, actively picking up roofing debris, without any form of head protection, while roofing material were being dropped onto the ground. The worker were exposed to struck-by hazard.

The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
