29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.  On or about May 2, 2018, at Lot 17D, Gail Pond Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Four employees performing siding work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet while using aluminum extension ladders when the employer did not instruct the employees how to recognize and minimize ladder hazards.
