29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 215 South 9th St. Opelika, Alabama: On or about May 8, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to work from the top of a mock wall on site without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 15 feet 11 inches to the ground below.
