Location: Outside perimeter, section Q, Porte Cochere: On or about May 3, 2018, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards as a result of shovels, a power washer, and 5-gallon pales of miscellaneous motor vehicle fluids left on the floor restricting the exit discharge to less than 18-inches.
