29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Floor B4, Floor B3 T-22 On or about April 30, 2018, employees were exposed to Sikadur-35 Hi-Mod LV Part A, a corrosive material, without suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirement of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
