Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     On 5/4/2018, employees of C. Bennett Building Supply, Inc. were working on the roof of a residential building located at 2413-2424 Pleasant Valley Drive, Saint Charles, MO.  Employees were engaged in chimney repair work at approximately 23 feet above a lower level.  Exposed employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing themselves to a fall to the ground below.
