29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On or about April 26, 2018 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to struck-by hazards where an AFF 50 Ton Air/Hydraulic H-Frame press, model number 837, serial number F120304136 was operated in the maintenance shop located at 37 Westgate Avenue, Dickinson, North Dakota. (b) On or about May 8, 2018 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to amputation and/or struck-by hazards where a Delta drill press, model number DP400, serial number 024871W4005 was operated in the maintenance shop located at 37 Westgate Avenue, Dickinson, North Dakota.
