29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: On or about May 9, 2018, in the clean rooms and in the poly room, employees used chemicals containing organic vapors, such as but not limited to, xylene and acetone to process and make resistors for electronic components. The employer did not conduct air monitoring to see if employees were over permissible exposure limits for time weighted average.
