29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: During installation of flooring on the third level of an apartment complex new construction site at 16300 Lydia Hill Drive, Chesterfield, MO, fall protection was not provided and used by all of the carpenters, who were exposed to a fall of approximately 30 ft. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
