29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:    Brown's Lawn & Tree Service, LLC - On or about October 29, 2018, the employer did not provide abatement documentation for Citation 1, Items 1, 2, 3a, 3b, and Citation 2, Item 1 that were originally issued on August 24, 2018, and became a final order on September 13, 2018.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence, or written records.
