OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees that were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards: On or about, 05/09/2018, on grid 2312 (Area 3) located at 21800 SW 162 Avenue in the city of Miami, Florida, employees were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards while working with a tensioned wire cable that was spanned across a roadway that was not barricaded to keep traffic away from the area and/or striking the cable.
