29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: a) Halliburton Energy Services Inc. at Jackson 33-6H Well Pad: On or before May 9th, 2018, the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical used onsite. These chemicals include CL-28 WB, CL-22 Crosslinker, Lo Surf 300D, BE-7, and Chlorine Dioxide Solution. This condition exposed employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.
