This product contains 40% - 70% pumice (silica). No engineering controls were in place. Note) Certification and documentation of corrective action is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) Comfort Inn jobsite: On May 10, 2018 and at times prior thereto employees performed dry cutting on Boral Cultured Stone, and wet cutting on Summitville Thin Brick. The cultured stone contained 40% - 70% silica, while the thin brick contained 15% - 25%. A written exposure control plan (ECP) that would include, but would not be limited to, a description of tasks, engineering controls, and designation of a competent person to oversee the program, was not developed or implemented by the employer. Note) Certification and documentation of corrective action is required for this item.
