29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 236 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park, NJ (The Park Savoy State). a) Employees conducting roofing repairs were not wearing any means of fall protection thereby exposing them to a potential fall of up to 20 ft. to the ground below; on or about 5/1/18. B & B Improvement, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 930426, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/8/13, with respect to a workplace located at 714 First St, Lyndhurst, NJ.
