29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use (Construction Reference: 1926.59): On or about May 8, 2018, on the 34th floor at an apartment under construction, on the north side, the employer did not have the safety data sheets on-site while using corrosive chemicals, such as but not limited, Laticrete 252 Silver thin set mortar and Quickcrete Mortar Mix, at the workplace.
