29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) Residential Construction Site, 1349 Cimmaron Court, Middleton, ID 83644: On or about March 23, 2018 and at times prior thereto; the General Contractor with controlling and correcting authority did not conduct frequent regular site visits of subcontractors to ensure that they were following site health and safety plan rules; a subcontractor's siding installers were not wearing fall protection while working at heights ranging from 12-20 feet on a 4:12 pitch roof. Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
