On or about 05-11-2018 and times prior thereto, located at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Helicopter Drive (next to building 3857) Virginia Beach, VA 23459:  Employee(s) were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards when offloading 300 pound palletized weapons cabinets via manual pallet-jack down two independent and unsecured ramps at a 4 foot high incline to ground level  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
