29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: On or about 05-10-2018 and times prior thereto, located at the P-166-Mobile Comm Detachment Support Facility Project at JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA 23459, Employee(s) were exposed to electrical and fire hazards from a temporary electrical extension cord that was plugged into a second temporary electrical extension cord in a "daisy-chained" fashion supplying 110 VAC electrical current to portable 2 inch sump pump. Located directly behind the Fire Station. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Located directly behind the Fire Station. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
