29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:       a)L&L Builders Co. at 365 West Anchor Drive, Dakota Dunes, SD 57049: On or about and at times prior to May 10, 2018, the controlling employer did not ensure that employees of Ace Sign Displays were protected from falls, in that two employees of Ace Sign Displays were standing on planking of the temporary work platform installing signage above the entrance to the commercial building.  This condition exposed the subcontractor's employees to falls of approximately 16 feet to concrete below.
