29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: On or about May 3, 2018 at 3936 LaVista Road, Tucker, Georgia, the employer did not ensure that employees performing electrical repairs received training in the safety-related work practices such as but not limited to verification that electrical defects and/or hazards were eliminated after repairs were made. An employee was exposed to live electrical parts after opening the signs frame to install light bulbs.

On or about May 11 at 3936 LaVista Road, Tucker, Georgia, the employer failed to train the employees on the use of safety related work practices such as, working on or near live parts, de-energizing and testing equipment and LOTO requirements after equipment is de-energized.
