29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator pass an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT) as stated in this paragraph: (a) At the Port of Coeymans, On or about 05/02/2018, for the employees torching pieces of metal into smaller sections for easier transportation. The employees were torching paint which contained 4.9 % lead. The employee was wearing a half face respirator and did not have a current fit test.
