29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction Site: on or about May 14, 2018; three employees were observed working on the top plates of stud walls without utilizing any type of fall protection equipment. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard greater than 6-feet to the ground below.
